If you find a lost object that has qualities that the original owner will despair (yiush) of ever getting it back when he knows about its loss (no identifiable markings, etc), but it’s the kind of thing that the owner may not yet know has been lost (eg something not valuable or heavy that he would be immediately be aware of its loss) but when he finds out it is lost he WILL despair, then if you pick it up, can you keep it?
