Hello: It didn’t help me understand your point, unless the Beis Yosef learns it differently (I haven’t had a chance to look there yet). I’m not sure why it’s based on Ma’amid. If we assume Ma’amid is Assur because the Issur is Nikeres, the Rashba says specifically that this is Assur in a case even where it’s not Nikeres. I get the feeling here that the Rashba is adding a new category here of something that was added intentionally (but not Bittul Lechatchila), which is Assur on its own right.
