One may ask that if I say that paskening from the CR is a mistake, why did I ask DY a shalya on this thread and seemingly rely on him. Indeed, I believe I was mistaken in doing so.
(This is not against DY who may be a big Talmid Chochom, it is just the idea that relying on the CR is a mistake)
