Rav Moshe tz”l would have to consume spoiled milk and then throw up.
Then, to not make the bochur not feel bad, he will have to say it is chalav stam? How does he know it is chalav stam? If he says it is chalav stam, and it really isn’t, then how is that supposed to cover up? To make it make sense you would have to say, it is spoiled and chalav stam. If it was really chalav yisroel, the bochur would know and still want to know why he threw up. Unless you’re saying the bochur got the hint and kept it quiet that it was really chalav yisroel.
