Wow,
I thought I put this thread to rest by not posting on it and now I see comlinx who has been dormant started it up again
You two are confusing me
Lilmod seems to me to be taking my side and comlinx her side, I actually stopped posting here because it was bothering Lilmod with all the lashon hara/motzei shem ra
We’re coming up to the yom im neraim so it shouldn’t really matter anymore
1) If you feel something is a lie ask yourself is it worth it vi? a vi? lashon hara
So mechiras Yosef is justified, but Yaakov will be distressed to
hear of it, so misleading him is justified in order to spare him.
This doesn’t mean that if you do something actually wrong, it’s okay
to lie about it because hearing about it will distress the other person.
What do you say to that, Coffee
They didn’t lie
I’m so confused, partially because I don’t log in on my computer and can’t see a whole comment at once
