I think WOW and others should ignore those who are attacking WOW. WOW, there is no reason for you to defend yourself. You are doing everything possible that you can. You are in contact with da’as torah and therapists. You are reaching out for help.You are doing nothing wrong. There should be no issue whatever with WOW’s desire to clarify her feelings and seek guidance.
