I believe there are female Hatzolah members in Staten Island. There are also suicide help lines that are both Jewish and Non-Jewish. He has a lot of experience with kids at risk as does Rabbi Horowitz who you can reach through Project Yes or his website Rabbihorowitz.com. Either one can direct you to a female that can help her.
