WTP – just to give you a general idea of the type of thing I was thinking of (in case c”v you can’t find anyone wiser): I was thinking along the lines of setting some kind of limit regarding how much or when or where you use the phone and/or saying a kapitel of Tehillim before (or before and after) each time you use it.
