The headline is very misleading. Pe’as Nochri (i.e. wogs made from human hair) are permitted as is clear from the Shulchan Aruch. While there are dei’os which assur the minhag among B’nei Ashkenaz was to wear. The issue above relates to the issue raised a number of years ago regarding Indian hair. But that’s okay.
