hershh: Even if the driveway is illegal the driver must prove that the driveway is illegal. The officer who issued the ticket is not present nor is the property owner, it’s only you and the judge. How are you going to prove the driveway is illegal? Also you are informing on your fellow Jew which is prohibited under Jewish Law
