@Common, Ohr Chaim is in my backyard. They opened on Thursday for Mincha and Maariv and on Friday for Shacharis. However they were closed on Shabbos. You can go on and on about how they were open, but I am telling you that they were not.
The few neighbors of mine that went there to try it out today were upset about the lack of masks on the mispallelim and asked me if I am still open in front of my house. The minyanim are starting, but they are not anywhere near what they used to be.
