Common – he doesn’t believe in daas torah but because you do he is implying that you should have obeyed. Unfortunately i don’t think he understands the intricacies of how it works as he earlier accused those paskening differently than Reb Chaim as being wayward or choosing to not call on him in order to provide their own independent psak.
