It was very pareve and didn’t tell anyone to go, just that it would be nice for a large turnout. It said they asked their Rabbonim, but didn’t specify which Rabbonim that was. Previously, that meant, in the singular, just the Novominsker, who was the Rosh Agudah, before he was niftar.)
I had one of the members of the Moetzes in my car on Tuesday and asked him. He told me that the decision was for people not to go. (I then asked him about the Agudah executive office letter, but I then realized he fell asleep by that time.)
