just me: that is a very simple question. Of course it was not proper. But it probably is NEVER proper to yell at ANYONE in public, or even private without knowing who he is. That doesn’t negate the responsiblity of every frum yid to adddress his own attitude on this important inyan and see if it’s lacking.
