I took a tour of a shmura matza bakery once. Before they set the time and mixed the flour and water, all the employees yelled out, “L’shem mitzva matzah.”
So I think it would be appropriate before cutting the material, stitching it, pressing it, etc., it would appropriate for all the employees to yell, “L’shem mitzva chultzah lavanah.”
