What most people call a tuna beigel is what I described give or take a few differences, but basically a Chassidish “bum.”
Your friends may call you Tuna to tease you, or you may be around more yeshivish guys and therefore to them its funny to call you a tuna. But as a general definition, a guy like youis not a tunabeigel!
