I don’t know when the kashrus guide was printed, so I don’t know what R’ Moshe’s opinion of it was. I know the letter wasn’t printed in the Igros, and the teshuvos that were printed (except the one in chelek ches) say “baal nefesh yachmir”, not bshas hadchak.
