I wash them with regular laundry detergent, then hang them to dry. They come out almost completely wrinkle-free.
Since they are Shabbos shirts, they get less wear-and-tear than regular shirts, because I generally only wear them on Shabbos, yom tov, to simchos, and in a pinch.
