Less than 1% of Jews today (in Israel and out of Israel) learn Torah full-time today. And of the over 99% of Jews that don’t learn full-time, most of them don’t learn at all. So the balance we need is to increase the number of Yidden learning Torah full-time today. We need more Kolleleit.
