I remember someone (I think it was mischiefmaker, sry if it wasn’t) saying how they suffer from terrible acne.
I was talking about different acne treatments with someone and she mentioned that a mutual friend suffered from terrible acne so her mother researched all different types of ance treatments. I was shocked, because this girl has the clearest skin possible.
When we asked her what she did she told us she did Dan Kern’s the Regiman. He seems to have a lot of sucess stories. Thought people should know about it.

A natural solution is fenugreek.It smells horrible but it works.
