    Does anyone out there know whether the fruit trees on Avenue R corner of East 15th Street are in bloom this year? I’m inquiring to be able to make the Brocha on Chol Hamo’ed.

    Last year there was no viewing of the trees (I think due to Covid).

    If you want to see multiple varieties of fruit trees in bloom (to be yotzeh the baracha) along with having a great chol hamoed outing, head over to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, one of NYC’s hidden gems. Their cherry tree collection alone is worth a trip.

    I was at Avenue R today and the trees are certainly in full bloom.
