I am debating if I should upgrade my blackberry or get an android or iphone. Any opinions of what you have and what you recommend?

Anything but the I-phone. Bunch of ganavim.
Because Android is powered by Google, you can do some really cool things. For example, in the GPS app, you only need to say the name of the place, and Google looks it up and programs the address. Also, can get real time maps and traffic updates, which may affect the routing.
Probably all will eventually have what the others have sooner or later. Also, the word is that there are the most apps for Android, since they are written independently, and do not need to go to a central place like Apple for approval. This may mean they are cheaper, too, but do not know the Apple marketplace, so cannot give first hand info. Just got Android about 3 months ago, and have been pretty happy, but everything has some glitches.
My old clamshell phone was easier to make calls on, and I find the touchscreen and having to poke through menus to bring the phone dialer screen up to be annoying.
I have an HTC phone, it has it’s ups and downs (what do you want in a phone?)
I HATE my BB. It freezes much too often.
I like the Iphone a lot.
I don’t have any experience with Android.
Android is great. Battery isnt too long on it though but the battery on any new phone with a data plan wont be good.

Despise my Android. Just switched to iPhone. Much faster.
I am waiting for the new Samsung to reach here (the Nexus that works on the new Ice Cream Sandwich version of Android).

Can’ttell you about the android, but the iPhone is the best.
soliek-This will do it. My father has a Blackberry Torch and mother has a really cool phone. I DONT THINK THAT A SINGLE PERSON IN BENSONHURST HAS A IPHONE,IPAD,ANDROID,BLACKBERRY,or any kinda really cool phone!! HHAHAHAHH!!! nopes im not the kinda kid that lies..Im Naive…LOL

I really want a blackberry torch cuz i think its the coolest phone ever!! but an iphone is really cool to but im warning you u may be 2 obsessed with it if u get it. and a ANDROID i realllllyyyyyyyy want an android more than a blackberry torch!! so my birthdays coming up and thats wat i want 4 my birthday! +an ipod touch,ipad, mac, all the apples and all the i’s!! thats my birthday list!!!!
Lol my frenz sister wanted a BlackBerry for her birthday so on her birthday her mother came home and gave her a wrapped box of Blackberries…LOL

Windows phone Mango. It looks like Windows 8.
Kosher phone. It frees you up to really live life in stead of being controlled.
