    Many of you correctly posted that a shadchan must be paid. However, it is much more fulfilling to do things for a mitzva, and if you are paid – be happy. I know of mohalim who were quite gracious when people failed to pay them.

    Bluming Dale in Chinatown, which is known for its sign in Chinese characters signifying “Counterfeit and Stolen Goods” has far better prices on Gucci bags and Chanel sunglasses than either of the two locations you mentioned here.
