Does anyone know how I could get a bracha from R’ Ovadia Yosef while in Israel? Or even any other great Rav.

newsie, save your time and trouble. Go do a Chesed instead, it will be time better spent. You can ask Ovadia Yosef, he’ll tell you the same thing.

R’ Chaim Kanievsky davens mincha every day in the Lederman shul in Bnei Brak, and R’ Shteinman davens mincha in his shul (home) at 5 Rehov Chazon Ish in Bnei Brak every day. They are both available after mincha, if you are willing to wait on line.
