    Looking for a high-quality caterer that can ship meals to a Bermuda hotel for a multi-day company event after Pesach. Must have a top notch hechsher.

    The only option so far is airline meals.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Verzogt, why don’t you speak with someone in Fairmont’s corporate head office. I know that many Fairmonts have done Kosher events across the world for many years, and there are most probably several caterers they deal with. There are 2 Fairmonts in Bermuda, both the most likely places for conferences, perhaps you could figure it out that way?

    When I went to Bermuda, I had bought some frozen meals from meal Mart (not the Freeze dried ones)

    They were almost going to confisgate them at customs, I had to beg the customs agent to let me keep the food

    Thank you Yichus, Brit , for the suggestion, I already had the company’s event coordinator contact the catering manager. They use a company that produces airline meals.

    Mod-This is for 2 ppl.

    If a high

    er-qulality alternative is available, i imagine the hotel might use them in the future.
