what do you do in your free time? what do you enjoy doing? hobbies etc.

I (suprisingly) do good old-fashioned knitting. I like reading, writing (see poetry thread), and of course sleeping.

“what do you do in your free time?”

WHAT free time? oh u mean like when i have vacation? oh. i knit, crochet (i prefer the latter), read, organize hundreds of papers, practice piano, listen to music.

when i dont have free time, i have to multitask to get any hobbies done, like crochet w/ the books, listen to music while studying, reading my notes 🙂

sleep is a luxury. wish i had some

Frodo. Samwise comes in second, although Bilbo will get his moment in the sun soon.

This is the favorite hobbits thread right?

    Free time?

    What’s that?

Trust me, in my high school, you get a big vocabulary- minus one.

As one wise student said, “Of course there’s more to life than schoolwork- there’s homework!”

Jothar, Frodo was a wuss. Samwise was the greatest Hobbit who ever lived. P.S. Tolkien agrees.

As Gandalf said, Frodo was the best one to take up the quest. Was Gandalf wrong?

Tolkien’s letter #192 clearly says Frodo deserved the “honour”, as he did his utmost.

that was the best book! I use to take my kid out to the woods and we’d “play reenactment” of the hobbit. It was fun.
