I’m just curious how does this CR work.
1. Before anything gets posted does a MOD check it over. So if someone posts something at 3 am does it get posted right away?
2. Is there really an office where the mods are together or is it just each mod on his laptop or something? (im assuming there are Mods in Israel as well because of the time zones)
3. Do the Mods decide not to post something if its lashon hora?
4. Is there a head MOD telling the other MOds what to do?
If the above questions is confidental information that just let me know, but im just wondering..
1. Yes, everything is read, or skimmed.
2. No office. each signs in from anywhere.

If you’re really interested in the inner workings of CR moderation, I recommend sitting in on a class at your local Moderator University. I’ve heard there are several scattered throughout the country. You might even think about applying, but I’ve heard the application fee is prohibitive, your transcripts have to be stellar, and the sophomore year weed-out class is a nightmare.
And now, what is you scheme.. (shh, off the air)

It’s not hard to figure most of you out and were you r holding in life and things like that. Just read through what people say, this also says there ages. Reading between lines, you can figure things out.
Its fun to be an analyzer and to usually (but not always) be correct.

Negative sites are on everyone’s taivos. I mean that’s like one of the 3 main mitzvos people- gilu arayos. Where do you things bad sites lead to?
Anyone who has even a small amount of internet access needs to be aware, on guard, and knowledgeable about this.
