bored in office, im surprised you can say so blatant loshon harah! thts quite narrow minded to say that they are all fake. i dont live there (lkwd) but i know a LOT of ppl who are real and serve hashem with all their might. i dont know if u r just looking at a whole and judging or if u know personally, but im sorry if thts the impression u got because its completely wrong.

I dont get it…… a lot of people are saying places like Flatbush, Queens, Washington Heights.
So if I could live anywhere (and if I wasnt Jewish) would I really pick a city where a one bedroom basement apartment cost thousands, no parking spots, dirty streets, high taxes, high insurance, traffic. For $1000 a month I can rent a mansion in suburbia with a pool and hottub.

Curiosity: you could do that in a random place in northern israel and also fulfill the various mitzvot related to yishuv eretz yisroel
