Well it’s almost football season and what can I say I am pumped I think this our year Jets fans I don’t think we will win the division but I do think the Jets will finish 12-4 and win the number 5 seed. Then January football will come and we will prove that we are not just a playoff team but we are a super bowl team and on Monday February 6 we will be able to say SUPER BOWL CHAMPION NY JETS!!!!!
August 26, 2011 4:22 am at 4:22 am #965481Bar ShattyaMemberAnd the Cubs will win the world series.
August 26, 2011 8:43 am at 8:43 am #965483YW Moderator-42ModeratorBar Shattya, with 31 games left the Cubs are 57-74, 20.5 games behind the 78-54 Brewers. So if the Cubs finish 26-5 whille the Brewers finish 5-25 they would end up tied. So yes there is still a chance. Go Cubbies!
August 26, 2011 12:45 pm at 12:45 pm #965484minyan galMemberThe only Jets that I am a little bit interested in are the real Jets – The Winnipeg Jets – the newest, old NHL team.
August 26, 2011 1:18 pm at 1:18 pm #965485TheGoqParticipantanyone but the packers!
August 26, 2011 1:24 pm at 1:24 pm #965486fedex11204MemberUm YWmoderstor42 I believe BS was being facetious saying just like the cubs will never win so too the Jets
August 26, 2011 1:34 pm at 1:34 pm #965487klachMemberIs anybody fascinated by the legal details and procedures of the lockouts? I am. It’s such a life lesson how much meaningless intillectual stuff is out there, like our seriously messed up legal system.
August 26, 2011 5:18 pm at 5:18 pm #965488MiddlePathParticipantGoq, I agree with you, but unfortunately, I can’t really see anyone beating the Packers this year, especially if they stay healthy.
August 26, 2011 7:25 pm at 7:25 pm #965489Mr TaxmanMemberBig Blue – and it will always be known as Giants Stadium – not Metlife Stadium 🙂
August 28, 2011 6:40 am at 6:40 am #965490YW Moderator-42ModeratorMetlife stadium? Are they trying to emulate the Amazin’ Mets?
February 3, 2013 8:07 pm at 8:07 pm #965491N.GMemberThe Jets are not in the super bowl. Ha Ha Ha!!!
Maybee next year
February 3, 2013 8:27 pm at 8:27 pm #965492HealthParticipantGo Ravens go!

February 4, 2013 5:03 pm at 5:03 pm #965496I can only tryMemberConflatulations to the Faultimore cRravens and their killer defense on their Stupor Bowl win.
(sour grapes? moi? never!)
July 11, 2013 3:11 pm at 3:11 pm #965498☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantJuly 11, 2013 3:21 pm at 3:21 pm #965499jbaldy22Memberfinally a jets player that jets fans won’t defend
July 11, 2013 3:22 pm at 3:22 pm #965500☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantI am now in favor of the US government sending Jets to Egypt.
July 11, 2013 3:38 pm at 3:38 pm #965501Feif UnParticipantSo the Jets got a Satmar chossid on their team?
July 11, 2013 3:44 pm at 3:44 pm #965502☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantFeif, your being motzi shem ra on Satmar chassidim is despicable.
Satmar denounces any association with palestinians.
July 11, 2013 4:41 pm at 4:41 pm #965503TheGoqParticipant“I am now in favor of the US government sending Jets to Egypt.”
Hilarious DY hilarious.
July 11, 2013 7:52 pm at 7:52 pm #965504WIYMemberEvery once in a while Hashem reminds frum sports fans that the people they are rooting for and waste their money on to see them live hate their guts. Just that some of them are more vocal about it.
July 11, 2013 8:13 pm at 8:13 pm #965505jewishfeminist02MemberActually this is not true across the board. Tim Tebow, for instance, is a “frum Christian” and probably loves yidden because he thinks we are going to bring his fake messiah.
July 15, 2013 2:54 am at 2:54 am #965506TheGoqParticipantAbraham Foxman and the ADL has come out in defense of this player he says he hasn’t crossed any radical lines and is just proud of his heritage.
July 15, 2013 5:55 am at 5:55 am #965507frumnotyeshivishParticipantFunnyguy: they won’t take the division at 12-4, but they’ll win the SB? Why do you have more confidence in the harder feat than the easier one? Why do you think 12-4 won’t take the Hernandez-less AFC east? And how, how, could the Jets possibly win more than 6 games with no QB?
July 15, 2013 2:14 pm at 2:14 pm #965508apushatayidParticipantThe Goq. I’m not sure when it is that Mr. Foxman came out in defense of Oday Aboushi, but I have a hard time believing Mr. foxman made such a statement after aboushi was a featured speaker at the el Bireh Societies annual get together this past June 28th in Arlington Va. To quote Andy Kaufman of frontpagemag dot com
Certainly Mr. Foxman agrees with this sentiment. He has gotten all bent out of shape over less inflammatory things.
