So far, I ate 3 on Friday, 4 last night, and 1 today.
On a different note, aren’t there any posters from Scranton who are getting insulted yet?
The Middle American kiddush was pretty good. There was a simcha- I don’t think they usually have a kiddush like that. Although, there wasn’t anything worth drinking. (Neither there nor at the place we were staying.)
Next time dont be cheap, and stay at a better place!
why would people from Scranton get insulted when nothing you have said sounds relevant to them in any way?

We have kosher Krispy Kreme where I come from, but I don’t see it much in NY. Is it a Middle American thing?

btw krispy kreme is one of the best places to be made kosher just saying theyre really good better than dunkin doughnuts for those of u who have those

FTR, I also had some doughnuts today (Entenmann’s Devil’s Food Crumb). But only two. I don’t like feeding my toilet.
Ok, maybe I’m exaggerating but never in one day. And not even a week or a month. And it has nothing to do with being a girl. It makes me naseaus. I happen to care about what I put in my body. It’s called being healthy, people.

My (male) friends insisted that if you ate less than 6 dunkin donuts in a sitting it wasn’t a k’zayis.
Nope, never 6. Maybe 2 under stress. But never 6. And nobody I know would. Ice cream is a different story though 🙂

I had a devil’s food crumb last shabbos– they’re amazing.
And I had Krispy Kreme today– courtesy of some fantastic people from Philly.
Less to do with being a girl than being a cholov yisroelnik. No jewish donuts worth eating 6 of. And Franczoz doesnt count because those are tiny, youd need 6 boxes.
It doesn’t matter. You never have to bentsch on donuts because they’re cooked (deep-fried), not baked.

If you’re going to eat a donut, at least do it right. Boston Creme from Dunkin’ Donuts. The undisputed (in my world) donut champion.

Today, I ate 6 krispy kreme donuts.
I ate:
1 original glazed
1 chocolate frosted cake donut
1 cinnamon bun
1 boston creme
1 chocolate mousse
1 frosted blueberry
And they all tasted just fine. Exactly like cholov hacompany.
Next time be sure to try a sour creme doughnut. I don’t recall ever seeing one at DD but KK makes them.
I still haven’t figured out why nobody (that I know of) makes a Cholov Yisroel doughnut. Doughnuts are supposed to be made with milk.

R’ Avigdor Miller said that when saying Shelo Asani Isha, one should thank Hashem for pockets on his clothing, I guess there is more to be thankful for.
I am going to have to agree with Cinderella on this one. Maybe Entenmann’s taste good with Firefox though, I don’t know.
