Friend of mine just had a baby boy after the following:
Twins = girls
Twins = girls
Quads = girls
WOW!
I don’t know if they want their names posted here, but I’m sure someone will figure out who they are 😉

January 6, 2011 4:02 pm at 4:02 pm #725428nfgo3MemberIf someone can figure out who are the subjects of the initial post, which was apparently made without the consent of the subjects, this post should be removed promptly. Instead, let this thread be a discussion of the halacha of personal privacy.
For one thing, achosid has usurped the subject parents’ joy of making the announcement – if they want to – themselves.
My real disappointment is that I thought this thread would be about a high-ranking officer in the IDF.

obviously their friends know about it, im not particularly concerned about usurping the parents joy of personally making the announcement to strangers

Mod-80- I know who they are and in their case it may not be so. There will be many people who will be happy to know the news who won’t hear it directly from them.

January 6, 2011 4:36 pm at 4:36 pm #725432WolfishMusingsParticipantMy mesader kiddushin had six boys in a row. He and his rebbetzin eventually did have a girl — but only as a twin to a boy. 🙂
(The boy was born first, so that made seven boys in a row.)
In the end, they ended up having one final boy after that — who was just married off last year.

While nobody keeps such things secret, many people wouldn’t like it that it became a subject of discussion on this board.
I know I wouldn’t.

I think I may know their cousins…unless there are two people with the exact same thing.
I know a family that has 9 or 10 girls and one boy. And in my own family, we have more girls than you can count on one hand.
