Rav Moshe Weinberger rav of agudah of flatbush gave a chizuk shiur tonight before mariv about the last few eeks of tzar for klal yisroel
The rav said ” the fact we dont have the beis hamikosh causes us to have problems… whether people becoming sick ppl without parnasa or shidduchim etc
The Rav said the reason a jew even a crazy one can do something like this is due to the fact we didnt have the gedolim in the world…MAYBE IF THEY WERE AROUND could have prevented this story with leiby zt’l we should realize what a loss the gedolim even thought they were close to 100 years old each were to us.. they saved us so many tzaras and we all have to pick up the slack!
Rav Moshe Weinberger is a great rav and person.
