What is a good stress outlet for a person who is not into sports or other physical activites?

It’s important for your health to have some kind of physical activity anyway. Whatever that activity is, doing it more intensely than usual is a good stress outlet (except for weightlifting. That’s dangerous)

    Trolling on YWN.

Unless you count raising people’s blood pressure as a physical activity.

Put plugs in the outlets. And keep babies away from them.

I meant like a hobby to relieve stress-something to do in my spare time when I am not learning, eating, or sleeping

Which brand, in your obviously sophisticated opinion bourne from vast experience, is the highest quality or best? Also, were you originally able to cope with your extreme stresses with just 1 or 2 a day or did you start with a whole pack? And how did you break the intoxicating addiction? Btw, it is a line from R’ Chaim – “It’s not the same svara with a cigarrette as it is without one”

@mochoh timcheh – I think mexipal was joking, judging by the “seriously” on the next line…. 🙂

It was recently scientifically proven that walking works against depression.

Try either addictinggames.com, or Transcendental Meditation of clearing your mind with “restful alertness”, or maybe go to a natural setting like a park with the smell of pine trees, or to the ocean at the shore and just sit looking at the natural sky, sand, and water and you will, Iy’H, feel your batteries recharged. And, after that, avoid the stressors and let Hashem take care of them.

I realized, or i would not have posted such a blatantly accusatory comment which if i thought he was serious might make him feel very bad about his past.
