I have close relatives who used him for 4 of their childrens weddings. He does beautiful work.

chazak, here’s a suggestion, why not make one coffee room called ‘i’m making a wedding, what hall should it be in and who is a good photographer?’ and now im confused, are you the girl’s side (i.e. need to know good halls?) or the boy’s side? (i.e. need to know good photographers?)

While I do like to indulge in photography, I’ve never done a wedding and would not want to take the responsibility for doing so at this time. Perhaps after having worked several wedding as a second shooter, but not now.

There are several services available for this sort of thing. Among the more popular are Shutterfly, Snapfish, Bay Photo, MyCanvas, Adorama (at Adoramapix.com) and probably many others. The prices on these services vary depending on how fancy and “professional” you want to get.
I’ve never made an album before, although I’m currently in the middle of making one for a friend (I shot their son’s bar mitzvah as a favor) and am probably going to use Shutterfly (strictly based on favorable reviews and cost). If I could afford fancier, I might go with Bay.

(While I’ve never had an album printed with Bay or Adorama, I have gotten large prints from them and been very happy with the quality and service from both.)

Tesser Studios are GREAT!! Evryone I know that used them were very happy. They do weddings in Brooklyn and Monsey too. They are a LKWD based co..

My son does Bar Mitzvahs, Vortes, etc and always uses Adorama to print his pictures- They’re a little more expensive than say, Shutterfly, etc, but the results are worth it.
like BOND said- Leor Meltzer is amazing! We got married in June and we already have all the albums, prints, CDs etc, and everything looks amazing, very high quality work. Very nice guy to deal with as well. He has a great video guy as well, I think his name is Roman Kats.
