How do you make it that when you post something, instead of saying ‘member’ it says something else ? I saw a few people in the CR have it. Thanks!!

Since we haven’t had a salary increase in the last four months, it’s a compensatory perk.
Besides you think moderator humor is simple?
I spent 2 months during moderator boot camp intensively studying Moderator Humor, before I could even be eligible to apply to Moderator University.
I still think it should say “moderator par excellence and having lots of fun. (maybe too much fun!!!)” for 80
80, the same way the guy in the Seforim store went to college for two years to learn how to wrap a present!
It’s always a little disheartening when I see how people don’t understand the high level of training moderators must endure.
But I knew when I chose this life that I would have to face that attitude, I’ve become hardened to it over the years.
