    Reb E:

She is not violating a law by tearing the speech. She is using her hands to commit a vulgarity, certainly not a decent thing for a Speaker to do. But then she is a Democrat that has brought use of logic and morality to a dead halt. All that is considered worth doing is obstructing Trump from recreating America. I don’t quite care if she goes to jail or not. But she is a complete disgrace today, and needs to relinquish her position to someone better equipped. Hopefully, Republicans take back the House, and we get to have a Speaker who represents the moral abiding among us.

Reb Eliezer: It was an official government document and government property. It was not Pelosi’s personal property. She belongs in prison for destroying government property.

Joseph, does Pelosi need to return it to someone after the speech?

Reb Eliezer, presumably not since as a leader in Congress she is authorized by law to maintain government documents under her guardianship as Speaker.

Joseph, does the Vice President need to give it back? I don’t think it is government property. It is given to them as a copy to follow the speech.

health, The analysis is obvious. As I mentioned a few times, Trump had a way out by not admitting anything saying, I am sorry that I was not clearer with my intentions and I was misunderstood but he cannot show any contrition. He fires every good advisor because he knows better than anyone else. The Rambam says that if all 23 judges say he is guilty, he goes out innocent because they can all make the same mistake. All this indicates that he is not sure about himself and afraid to admit anything. The advisers might look smarter than him, so he does not want to hear them. All must be ‘yes’ man. Whenever he makes a decision it has to benefit him.

Nothing is off limits. Trump subverts justice to protect his friends.

As long as he has the power to pardon, he is not subverting justice by helping someone get off, provided what he does is not outright illegal

He forced out Gen. Mattis, Kelly. If someone is really healthy. they don’t have to call themselves Health as the Very Stable Genious.
