    it looks like many people in the cr have sleep deficiency cause it’s now 2:40 am and still many people are here. is sleep deficiency a major health problem or not?

    some of us are night owls. work till 12 and then sleep all day.

    also we are on different time zones- israel vs. america vs. who knows where.

    others cant sleep because they have no lives…the internet people *me looks around with shifty eyes* BEWARE THE INTERNET PEOPLE!

    Thanks smartcookie. My family went away for Yom Tov and we had a beautiful time.

    On the first night of YT, my father mentioned that in the Shul that we were going to be learning in, they didn’t have a coffee room. My sister said that if “d a” had a choice he would stay in the CR the whole night!!!
