Whose job do you think it is and which kind do you prefer?
thats usually whatyou give the kids to do to be part of the building of the sukkah, they usually make some in school

No. They feel the mitzvah of the sukkah is beautiful in and of itself. However, I have occaionally seen a sukkah with a picture of the rebbe.
i build the sukka and put up the decorations, i love doing it.
Sunflower,we do that too. The boys build and girls put up decorations. 🙂

My succah is decked out in yellow and black. It’s quite easy for me to do this. I put up small jars of honey all over the succah, and the bees put themselves on the walls with no effort on my part.
does anyone have any original sukkah decorations ideas?
By us the men do the building, and the girls have fun putting up the decorations.
Most of it is the kids’ Sukkos projects from school.
Who Cares?: well a free decoration idea is the OOrah posters!
Remember to laminate everything.
I decorate the walls with the shirts with the grape juice stains
that I couldn’t get from last year!
Anyone not put decorations on the schach?
yea sunflower, i had that situation too. im the only one still home and when my brother comes home from yeshiva its too close to succos to build it then. so i had to help my father build the sukah. lol.

Who Cares: you can take a white carton box cut out windows & a door put in a light source(like those mini magnet blinking led lites)tape some pine branches,&
presto! a mini sukkah.

I know someone (Israeli, must be what they do there) who decorates their sukkah with different materials and fabrics and lights. Its gorgeous!
I know a non-Israeli who does the same thing. Also gorgeous. She has fabrics hanging like drapes on three walls, and a tapestry-like fabric on the fourth wall. She also has pictures up and lots of lights.
Someone else I know has two chandeliers in his.
