The best thing about balt. is the Kosher Subway restaurant!!!- YOu have to try it!!
Also, when we went, we went bowling. It sounds simple but really it was tons of fun cuz’ we were able to have a great time and not worry about meeting someone we knew.(don’t worry- we werent wild/rowdy-just had fun.)October 24, 2011 3:05 am at 3:05 am #820614happym19Member

40 years ago. Brooks Robinson is still my favorite Oriole, followed by Rick Dempsey and Mike Cueller.October 24, 2011 4:04 pm at 4:04 pm #820619
mamashtakah -You do a disservice to the Orioles if you don’t mention Earl Weaver & George Bamberger.
Here are some others that I remember with help from Yahoo:
Dave McNally, Jim Palmer, Boog Powell, Frank Robinson, Mike Flanagan, Mark Belanger & Bobby Grich. And later on – Ken Singleton, Doug DeCinces, Kiko Garcia, Eddie Murray, Al Bumbry, Dennis Martinez, Cal Ripken Jr. & Tim Stoddard.October 24, 2011 5:34 pm at 5:34 pm #820620ToiParticipant

Health, I don’t need Yahoo to remember any of them. I saw them all play in person. BTW, Davey Johnson was a better second baseman than Bobby Grich.October 25, 2011 1:12 am at 1:12 am #820622
Toi – They are moving up. They have already reached South Jersey.October 25, 2011 1:19 am at 1:19 am #820623

Wow Wee! You must have been the only one there -the whole stadium just for yourself. Do you really think that I didn’t go to any games? I just have more important things to keep in my memory.October 25, 2011 10:12 am at 10:12 am #820624BowwowParticipant

There is nothing to do in Baltimore, period. End of story. Furthermore, nobody has ever been there.October 25, 2011 3:57 pm at 3:57 pm #820627
I loved the Robinson brothers, Frank and Brook.October 25, 2011 4:09 pm at 4:09 pm #820628A Heimishe MomParticipant
The aquarium is awesome. All aquariums are expensive. D.C. is great as well but its 45-60 minutes out.October 25, 2011 4:26 pm at 4:26 pm #820629
Heimish Mom, there are no fish in Baltimore.October 25, 2011 4:27 pm at 4:27 pm #820630

It’s Brooks. And they aren’t brothers – you know that but that’s your humor. I cracked a good joke on this but it didn’t make it through the Mod police. I just don’t want anybody taking you seriously.October 26, 2011 4:09 pm at 4:09 pm #820633
