I like the idea of making different spreads and dips from a base of the homemade mayonnaise. I feel that it would be a good idea to maybe use that as a base for making green olive dip, sundried tomato dip (if you can get them KFP), etc. These would all be good with matzah or sliced cucumbers or baby carrots or broccoli florets.
