Your whole argument against the draft is that those who learn torah should not go to the army as they are protecting Klal Yisroel, Since these people are not learning and may even be doing danger to themselves or others.
The charedi Oilem seems not to want to take responsibility for these people “They arent charedim and they wont listen to anyone anyway” , so someone needs to take responsibility for them and save them from themselves

No, that’s only one of several arguments. Another is that the Israeli army purposefully attempts to shmad every inductee. This is their official policy to be a melting pot. Additionally the behavior between male and female soldiers has always been very immoral.
The Israeli army has always been designed to tear religion from Jews. It destroys people, particularly as its chief function has become to lock the Palestinians in a prison. It is the furthest thing from Judaism.

don cchof zchus applies to proper frum jews. You don’t have to be dan l’chaf zchus on apikorsim. Brothers means brothers in mitzvos.
