It is hard for people to have to remember all the details about all the people that we meet, so we create categories with names for those categories.

We NEED labels on clothing, food, machinery, electronics, etc. But if Hashem wanted labels on HIS creations he would have put them on himself!

A label tells you what to expect before you “buy” the product. Some manufactures are more reliable than others, so choose carefully…..

A label of 33% more means she gained weight.

The ONLY label applicable is “Jewish”. All other labels are criminal to use and need to be discarded.

How else would you give info for a shidduch?

“So let’s see…He’s chassi- Oh,I’m sorry,he has a rebbe, and goes to the tish every week and went to a yeshiva where all the other bochurim also have rebbes and are part of a group of ppl who share the same rebbe…” you get the picture! Sometimes it is necessary to define ppl and it is almost impossible to do so without using “labels”.
