April 17, 2020 4:23 pm at 4:23 pm #1850044hujuParticipantI think there is a baboon in the White House.
April 17, 2020 7:19 pm at 7:19 pm #1850112☕️coffee addictParticipantNo huju,
As much as you still want him to be there….
Thank G-D he’s been out for three years already
April 18, 2020 9:47 pm at 9:47 pm #1850208CSParticipantGood one CA.
I’m thinking we’ve been told that there will be a return of the 10 makos before moshiach comes, and there have already been quite a few. Maybe this is makas arov?
April 18, 2020 11:34 pm at 11:34 pm #1850250danzrosenParticipantLook around. Sometimes I think it’s makas “dumb”…
April 19, 2020 12:18 am at 12:18 am #1850296MilhouseParticipantwe’ve been told that there will be a return of the 10 makos before moshiach comes,
Where and when were we told that?
April 19, 2020 1:06 am at 1:06 am #18502521Participanthuju, you’re mixing the chimpanzee who left in 2016
April 19, 2020 8:26 am at 8:26 am #1850363roshvrishonParticipantits a message that the humans have become animals. Low morals, no shame, no fear of Hashem.
April 19, 2020 2:28 pm at 2:28 pm #1850451yehudayonaParticipantIt’s much ado about nothing. The goats in that Welsh town come every year, it’s just that this year, they’re less timid because there are fewer people around. Anyone who lives in (parts of) Monsey can tell you about deer in their backyards. When I lived in an urban area of New England, we had wild turkeys roosting in the trees. I’ve seen raccoons, skunks, and opossums in urban areas. I’ve seen wild boars in Kiryat Sefer. The monkeys in Thailand and the deer in Japan were always there, but they were well fed by tourists.
A bigger problem is the rats that used to survive on food in restaurant dumpsters and food that people put in public trash cans. They’re now entering buildings looking for food. Rats are more likely to spread disease than are any of the animals in the article (though there’s no evidence that they spread SARS-CoV–2).

I second the query. I suspect that the answer will be “an adam chashuv”
No rest for the weary of these nonsensical predictions. When they don’t pan out, no one is home to take the heat.April 19, 2020 2:30 pm at 2:30 pm #1850468GoldilocksParticipantFriends, enough.
We must always remember that human beings – no matter how despicable their actions may be – are still humans, created in the Divine Image.
By calling them “baboons” “chimpanzees” and other such titles, you demean not only them, you also demean Hashem, who created them and in whose image they were created.
Certainly, we can, and sometimes should, disagree with other’s behavior and attitude in the strongest possible terms, but there needs to be limits.
As an aside, I want to remind you that the Internet is not a private space. I shudder to think of the consequences should people not from the yeshiva world read your remarks.April 19, 2020 2:33 pm at 2:33 pm #1850479charliehallParticipantThe animals are the racists who are commenting in this thread.
April 19, 2020 7:32 pm at 7:32 pm #1850568MilhouseParticipantWhat has race got to do with anything? Who mentioned race before you, charliehall? Maybe it’s you who are racist, since you see to have it on your mind.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander
I guess anyone that makes African Americans into humans are racists whereas if they become a higher race aren’t
Typical liberal hypocrisy
April 19, 2020 11:41 pm at 11:41 pm #1850583RR44Participantהמכות חוזרין הוא פסוק מפרשת, כימי צאתך מארץ מרים אראנו נפלאות
April 20, 2020 12:05 am at 12:05 am #1850778MilhouseParticipantRR44, it doesn’t say that at all. You’re just making it up. Pulling it out of your nether regions. I say we have NOT been told that there will be a return of the 10 makos before moshiach comes, and therefore we cannot take any comfort from their doing so.
April 22, 2020 7:28 pm at 7:28 pm #1852017RR44Participant???????
One cannot disagree with a clear possuk
April 22, 2020 7:47 pm at 7:47 pm #1852070Reb EliezerParticipantAs mentioned in the OP when an area is left bare from people, the wild animals take over as the pasuk says not
to destroy the inhabiitance of Kanaan at once. Over here also people are not on the street and the animals take over.April 22, 2020 10:44 pm at 10:44 pm #1852081MilhouseParticipantRR44 , it is NOT a “clear posuk”, it is your own stupid invention. There is no posuk that says there will be a return of the 10 makos before moshiach comes. You made it up.
April 22, 2020 10:52 pm at 10:52 pm #1852096☕️coffee addictParticipantRR44,
Where (which parsha (Sefer of Navi even) perek and passuk) is it in?
April 23, 2020 2:04 am at 2:04 am #1852185MilhouseParticipantCoffee, he already gave his source, which doesn’t say what he claims כימי צאתך מארץ מרים אראנו נפלאות. That says nothing whatsoever about the makos returning.
