    If by you using their wifi, it will result in their computer to work more slowly b/c the wifi is working double, then yes it seems that would be g’neiva.

    but we shouldnt turn this day into a holiday, only chazal can declare holidays not the state of Israel. However I do appreciate all that the soldiers are doing for us.

    I heard its technically ok but its not in the spirit of the law. The whole pt of no music is to feel the loss of R’Akivas students so if the sefira music makes you upbeat then it doesnt seem right to listen to it.
