Yes the Stitchiner Rebbe (not to be confused with the more well known R Mottel rav of a different stitchin on 61st street) is a very friendly and varmeh yid who helps out yidden struggling with yiddishkeit. Try googling Cong. Minchas Yehuda Stitchin i think thats the shul.
He is known to burst into tears when people tell him what they are going through. (He is also known for entertaining campers at camp simcha by playing his electric guitar.)
