This phenomenon. The problem with school is that it delays adulthood and takes so much time, people end up not marrying and neglecting shidduchim while in university.

Therefore the solution is for men to get job at age 16 while in Yeshiva, and marry age 18, as soon as government allows marriage.

And the solution for girls is to marry at 18 before entering university before any of this. They can be in college while married as a mature student. Just dont delay shidduchim at all. For men, getting job immediately then entering shidduch market immediately is needed. For women, enter shidduchim immediately is needed.

I am a 28 year old man. I have Autism and ADHD. Wish I had done it like this when younger. I knew nothing. I did not even realize that the older a women is when married, the fewer kids she will have. Very unhappy with how my life is. This is what I will tell my kids in the future when I have kids. Marriage comes before education.
