    Hi everyone,

    This is a really great post. I wish more people would comment on it. I used to bite my nails, but I haven’t for years, b”h. I do occasionally bit my lips, but I never bite them on Shabbos because I wear lipstick.

    I will iy”h try this Shabbos to be ready 30 min early. (I usually go into the 18 minutes)

    I’m also going to try this week to spend 10 minutes every night writing about things I’m grateful for.

    I really like what you’re saying and agree with you 100%. We moved about 8 years ago and we still don’t know most of our block besides our immediate neighbors.
