Winnie my child is actually not an israeli citizen but we are still on the regular bituach leumi system are you saying that this program is only for citizens?
Does anyone know how it works for an American that’s planning on moving back in a couple of years does it get canceled when I go back or my child can come back and pick up his money when he is 18?
Popa bar Abba I don’t know what type of person you are but you should be ashamed of writing such an inappropriate solution plus it’s a really dumb solution because most people will still have more then 2 kids then you still have a growing population just on a smaller scale and shiduch crisis on smaller scale but also less shadchanim and people to help the problem so come up with some better and more appropriate ideas!!!
