Alternate Side Parking regulations will be suspended on Monday, February 18 in observance of Washington’s Birthday (Presidents Day). All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect. City offices and other government buildings will be closed, Post offices will be closed and there will be no regular mail delivery. There will also be no garbage or recycling collection, or street cleaning on Monday, and the Staten Island Ferry service will operate on a holiday schedule.

Additionally, NYC public schools will be closed Monday, February 18 through Friday, February 22 for Midwinter Recess.
