Amazon owes sellers tens of thousands of dollars, Refund Sniper fights back

As an amazon seller, it often feels like you’re the underdog up against a monolith.

If you’re fulfilling orders through their FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) service, you know what it’s like: you inquire about the status of your shipment. You get told it was partially fulfilled, and that additional inventory is being moved. But they miss their deadline, and you send more inventory. It’s chaos, and very easy for things to get lost along the way.

Amazon has over 100 warehouses spread across the United States, which already can pose a logistical nightmare. It then places the onus of proof on the seller, as far making claims for missing inventory is concerned.

One company Refund Sniper, has set out to fix this. Working on a client’s behalf, they’ll use technological tools and human analysis to map out the life cycle of a product and identify losses along the way. They then submit refund claims on a seller’s behalf, and only collect a fee if money is recouped for the client.

Founded in 2016 by Noah Gross, who was frustrated with the losses his own business was experiencing, Refund Sniper has grown to a team of Data Engineers and Inventory Analysts who have helped over 800 sellers – including some of the largest sellers in the business – reconcile their inventory.

Even when sellers think they know what is going on with their business, they often do not. A spokesperson from the company recounted several stories where sellers were sure they knew how profitable each product was, and where every dollar was going. Despite this, Refund Sniper was able to identify $65,000 in missing inventory which they successfully won back from Amazon.

Often times, a seller’s first reaction is anger, when they realize just how much money Amazon owes them. And yet the phenomenon is commonplace. This is why Refund Sniper’s mission is to fight back on the seller’s behalf: “There’s a good chance Amazon owes you money. Let us help you get it.”

Contact refund sniper today and start getting the refunds Amazon owes you.
